OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. Eliqibility: Participation in the "Ticket to Radiant Skin" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Stearn's Products, Inc. d/b/a DERMA E (the " Sponsor") and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or any legal agent or authorized representative or entity that possesses agency (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and employees, agents, direct0B, officers (including members of their immediate family—i.e., spouse, mother, father, inlaws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, Children and grandchildren—or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sweepstakes Entities are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering and/or participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Ru les and Sponsor's Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules. If a dispue cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
3. Sweepstakes Timinq: The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2024 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on July 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The time shall be determined by Sponsor's timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Sweepstakes. Winner(s) shall have until August 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT to submit themselves as winner(s), as set forth more fully below, and redeem their prize.
4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter in one of the following ways for a chance to win a year supply of DERMA E 's Vitamin C Products:
a. Entrv in Connection with a Purchase of a Participatinq Product: Eligible entrane must go in-store to ULTA or TARGET and purchase a participating Vitamin C Concentrated Serum during the Sweepstakes Period. Alternatively, eligible entrants may purchase a participating Vitamin C Concentrated Serum online from Target during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor has hidden a "Ticket to Radiant Skin" in fifty (50) participating product boxes. Upon purchasing, eligible entrants will see if they have a "winning ticket," which is located inside of randomly selected participatingproductboxes. If the eligible entrantfinds a "winningticket," said eligible entrant will redeem their prize by scanning the QR code printed on the "winning ticket," uploading a selfie photograph of themselves with both the purchased serum and "winning ticket" visible and entering the unique code printed on the "winning ticket" where/when prompted.
Entrants who find a "winning ticket" are automatic winners, pending verification. Upon obtaining a "winning ticket" as an eligible entrant, the individual who purchased the productmust scan the QR code that is printed on the "winning ticket' and enter the unique code located on the "winning ticket," when/where prompted following the scanning of the QR code. The purchaser of the product that 
a "winning ticket" must also upload a selfie photograph, when/where prompted following them scanning the QR code. Winner(s) shall have until August 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT to submit themselves as a winner(s) and redeem their prize. Upon Sponsor's receipt of notification by winner and proof ofpurchase 
containing a "winning ticket," Sponsor will confirm entrants' status as automatic winner immediately and the winning entrants' prizes will ship within thirty (30) days. Do not share the winning ticket nor the unique code with others. You may be required to provide the original winning ticket to the Sponsor in connection with being verified as a winner. If the original winning ticket is not provided upon request the individual will be disqualified and no prize will be awarded. Odds of having a "winning ticket" is approximately I :3 10.
b. Free Mail-ln Entry: An eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry without purchasing a participating Vitamin C Concentrated Serum during the
Period by legibly printing or typing, on a plain 3" x 5" card, the entrant's complete name, date of birth , complete mailing address, phone number (including area code), email address, and the name of your favorite DERMA E's Vitamin C Product Then, the eligible entrant must mail their 3" x 5" card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: Mail-In Entry to "Ticket to Radiant Skin" Sweepstakes, Attention: Jackie Korey, 2280 Ward Avenue, Simi Valley, California 93065. Limit to one (1) Mail-ln Entry per envelope, per household per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts by an eligible entrant to submit more than one (1) Mail-ln Entry per envelope, per household per day during the Sweepstakes Period will result in such eligible entrant being disqualified. All Mail-ln Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2024, and received by August 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means not previously or explicitly mentioned herein which subvert fre entry process are void. Each person that completes a Mail-ln Entry will have at least an approximate 1:310 chance of being a winner of a year supply of DERMA E's Vitamin C Products, with a maximum of 20 prize winners. Sponsor will contact individuals who it determines are winners. Sponsor will confirm entrants' status as winner and the winning entrants' prizes will ship within thirty (30) days.
5. Drawinq from All Winners for Grand Prize Winners: All individuals thatwon a year supply of DERMA E's Vitamin C Products will be placed in the grand prize drawing A random drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2024, by Sponsor to select from all winner(s), which includes the winners, five (5) "Grand Prize" winners.
6. Grand Prize Winner Notification: Potential winners of the grand prize will be notified by e-mail from Sponsor on or about August 15, 2024. Contacted, potential winner(s) must respond to the notification message and provide all requested information within fortyeight (48) hours of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor or the potential prize(s) may be forfeited. Contacted, potential winner(s) must complete, sign, and retum an Affidavitof Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (excluding TN residenG from Publicity Release) and other applicable documents, which may require personal and confidential information, such as a social security number, and may need to be notarized, before claiming any prize(s). All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within five (5) days of the date and time listed on the documents. At Sponsor's discretion, potential winner(s) may be required to produce a picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize(s). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner via random drawing from among the remaining eligible entrants or such alternate method as solely determined by Sponsor. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
7. Prizes:
Year Supply of DERMA E's Vitamin C Products. Up to 70 winners will receive a oneyear supply of DERMA E's Vitamin C Products which includes:
• Year Supply of Vitamin C Serum (2 oz.) (ARV: $99.80);
• Year Supply of Vitamin C Cleanser (ARV: $135.60);
• Year Supply of Vitamin C Moisturizer (Reno) (ARV: $199.60); 
Vitamin C Night Cream (RENO) (ARV: $199.60);
• Vitamin C Eye Patches (ARV: $299.40); 
GWP "Swag Bag" (ARV: $175.00); and 
Four 2025 Launches (ARV: $100.00).
Approximate retail value of each Year Supply of DERMA E's Vitamin C Products prize is $1,208. With a total approximate retail value up to $84,616.
Limit one prize per family or household.
Grand Prizes. Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a round trip plane ticket for themselves and one (1) companion of their choosing to New York City, New York, United States, for a "Radian Skin NYC Weekend." Travel will take place from October 27, 2024, to October 29, 2024. If winner is not able to travel on stated dates the prize will be forfeited and no other prizing will be provided. Grand Prize consisG of the following:
• One (1) round trip plane ticket per individual (includes Grand Prize Winner and companion, if applicable) (ARV: $1,000.00); 
$200 Uber Gift card;
• $500 OpenTable Gift Card;
• Two (2) night stay at a hotel of the Sponsor's choosing, which will include one (1) hotel room for both individuals;
• One (1) DERMA E facial treatment per individual (includes Grand Prize Winner and companion, if applicable (ARV: $400.00);
Additional Grand Prize Limitations. Flights are subject to the fare rules and General Conditions of Carriage of the relevant carrier. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos and availability at the time of booking. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner(s). The Grand Prize Winner(s) is responsible for the payment of any applicable airline excess baggage fees or other fees, taxes and surcharges. The Grand Prize Winner(s) (and/or their companion, if applicable) will not be entitled to accrue frequent flyer points on the travel or accommodation. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepshkes begins. The Grand Prize Winner(s) will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.
In the event that the Grand Prize Winner(s) is/are unable to travel during the stipulaEd period then they forfeit the entire prize with no further compensation or further liability of the Sponsor.
Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner's sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. Once flights and accommodation are booked, dates may not be amended.
In the event Grand Prize Winner(s') residence is close enough to the destination such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the applicable prize will not include air transportation from Grand Prize Winner(s' ) residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
Unless otherwise specified all other expenses are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner(s) (and their guest(s), if applicable) including but not limited to meals, spending
money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini -bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, passports, activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Grand Prize Winner(s) at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidental charges.
If a potential grand prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable grand prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remain ing eligible entries.
Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $2,700. Total approximate value of all Grand Prizes: $13,500.
For All Prizes: No cash equivalent for the prizes, the prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize, or any part thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Any tickets and/or gift cards awarded as part of any prize are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer and will not be replaced by Sponsor if lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or destroyed. Winner is responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize will be awarded only if the Winner fully complies with these Official Rules.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $98,166.
8. Publicity and Marketinq: Submission of an entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission, but not the obligation, to the Sponsor to use eligible entrants' name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whedner or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address, etc., during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and for other purposes permitted by Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at https://dermae.com/paqes/p rivacy-notice.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, eligible entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (includ ing punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or die acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failu re to receive prize notices due to entrants spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whefrer caused by the sender or by any Of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing Of the entrés in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence Of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical d ifficulties (including viruses and bu$) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of dateoftermination. In the eventa dispute arises as to the identiW of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. All federal, state, and local taxes, related to the prizes, are the sole responsibility Of the winners. Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterruped. Sponsors failure to enforce any term Of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event frat any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
10. Third-Party Platforms: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, and/or Facebook (collectively, the "Social Network"). By participating, you release the Social Network and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt use and/or misuse of the prize. Any questions regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
11. Choice Of Law and Forum: Entrant agrees that all matters arising outof or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without givingeffectto any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
12. Privacv: You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor. The information youprovide to Sponsor will only be used in accordance with Sponsor 's Privacy
Policy. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the " Privacy Policy" stated on https://dermae.com/paqes/privacy-notice.
