Dry weather advice for people with acne prone skin 

 Regardless of your skin type, dry weather can wreak havoc on skin. The cold, dry and brittle weather of the winter can trigger skin breakouts, accentuate dead, flaky skin, and irritate acne prone skin. While over-applying any skin care product can potentially cause problems, there are many ways to hydrate the skin without breaking out, especially if you suffer with acne.  

Humidifiers for hydration 

Humidifiers are highly effective for keeping skin hydrated during the winter. During the winter, the air is drier which can affect all skin types. Humidifiers work to raise the humidity in an indoor space, helping to increase air hydration and to raise the moisture levels in the room. Have a humidifier on during the day or at night can help to benefit skin.
