Shipping Policy
At DERMA E we make it a priority to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, your great experience is important to us. Purchases made on Dermae.com can only be billed and shipped within the United States.
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Processing time for orders placed from November 22nd through December 1st may exceed 1-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received a notification past the 7 business day time frame, please reach out to our customer service team.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
All orders placed on dermae.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Free Shipping Qualifier
All orders with a subtotal of $50 or more after promotional codes are applied qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Estimated Delivery Dates*
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

Shipments to a PO Box and PO Box Addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service.

Return Policy
DERMA E 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we back our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from dermae.com or a DERMA E authorized seller, you may request a replacement product or a refund of the original purchase price* within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the DERMA E 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased your product from a DERMA E Authorized Seller, please return your product to the place of purchase. If you are unable to return your product to the Authorized Seller from whom you purchased it, please email Customer Service at info@dermae.com to submit your Guarantee request.
This email should include proof of purchase (showing the date and location of purchase) and identify the product(s) with which you are not satisfied, the reason(s) you are not satisfied, and whether you would like a replacement product or refund. Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization number. You will then need to send your product(s) and Return Authorization number to:

*Promotional Pricing Refund Details
For buy 1 get 1 50% off promotions, if you return product with higher price, you will get a refund of returned product price MINUS 50% of other product price. For example, if you buy item A at $25 and item B $20 and you get a 50% discount for item B making it $10, and you return product A, you will get a refund of $25-$10 = $15. If you return item B, you will get $10 as refund- i.e. the amount you paid for it.
For returns of items with free gifts, free gifts or discounted items must be returned as well as the item you paid for. If we do not receive your free or discounted product with the item you paid for, you will be charged full retail price for items you chose to keep including full retail price of free gifts.
Guarantee Guidelines
DERMA E reserves the right to verify information or request additional information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where DERMA E concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. DERMA E may amend or terminate the DERMA E 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT DERMA E on Amazon® and eBay®. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it.
Please note that DERMA E will NOT honor our 45 Day Money Back Guarantee for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by Non-Authorized Retailers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from Non-Authorized re-sellers, as some of these products may cause permanent damage to your health.
