    I can't even tell if this is effective or not as it's impossible to get out of the tube without it spilling out everywhere. So much waste! This should be in a roller container, and even then it might be too difficult to apply.

    I should have read the comments BEFORE buying... But should've, would've, could've...I just didn't. This product pours out like WATER! What a complete waste of money.     Bad formulation for container
    Accidentally tried something new from Houston, Texas
    I used the old Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream and when I bought this I thought it was just an updated packaging of that. It isn't. Apparently they discontinued that and have replaced it with this. I don't even know how well it works as most of it spills out of the tube when you try to get a tiny amount on your finger to put on your eye area. A lot is wasted. Bring back the cream formula.

    This is the wrong kind of applicator for a liquid. It basically overspills the product and wastes so much of it. Put it in a dropper or roller!

    I would give this 5 stars if the design of the applicator was improved. After reading many comments about how it squeezes out too fast, I thought I would be able to control it better, but I'm not able to decrease the amount that is dispensed at all. Maybe a smaller hole would work better. However, that being said, I am in love with the actual product. It decreases wrinkles and puffiness and also accepts undereye make up very well. Love it!
    Are derma -e products photo sensitive in the sun?

    We do recommend when using a Retinol or Vitamin A product, you use at night. If you choose to wear during the day be sure to use a suncare product over it.
    Is this product supposed to be such a thin liquid? The picture looks like a thicker gel and I dont know if I should still use it. Does it need to be refridgerated?

    The current batch is more liquid like and not as gel like as before. We are working to correct this but I don’t have the gel like formulation available at this time. It still contains the active ingredients. You don't have to put in the fridge but it will help preserve it longer.
    Does this go on before or after moisturizer? You have on your site that treatment goes on last, but shouldn't it go on before moisturizer because it's lighter?

    I will check on the instructions and have them corrected if wrong. Yes you should apply first prior to the moisturizer.
    The product is described on your website as a " gel cream" but it is not. As many others have noted, it is the consistency of water and very difficult to apply. The photo you show is NOT what is in the tube I purchased. The tube doesn't expire for a long time, so it should still be as described. Please bring back the firming eye cream!!

    Hi- I know you have said gently squeeze the tube a little goes a long way. But the consistency is like water - it literally comes out like water. It is impossible to get a little out at a time. It is not gel consistency but very water like. Please advise if this is as intended - I am wasting a lot with each use!

    It is a bit on the runny side. We suggest you very gently squeeze the tube.
    I purchased this eye treatment and it comes out of the tube like water. Runs, drips, etc. so is nearly impossible to use properly. This does not seem right..please describe the proper consistency of the product so I can return it to the store where purchased.

    If you over squeeze the tube a lot of product will come out. The key is to gently squeeze and a little goes a long way.
    Is the Anti-Wrinkle eye treatment consistency supposed to be very runny. It is very difficult to apply and just doesn't feel like an eye treatment.

    It is very easy to over squeeze the tube. Just be careful and lightly push a little goes a long way!
    This product is for the eyes and says it contains "natural fragrance oil" - I don't buy any skin care with fragrance or essential oils - especially if it's going on my delicate eyes! - and I hope that you will consider removing this ingredient in the near future.
