How long does it take this product to work? I have been using it for a week and a half on pimples/red bumps/breakouts and have seen little improvement. Also, it is making my skin flake off in places. Is this a cause for concern or a normal part of healing?

It should be working by now by little improvement is it starting to show some? Please continue to use for another few days. Sulfur can be a bit drying thats what makes it effective in drying out acne. It could be causing your skin to have dryness and flaking. If your skin is irratated please discontinue use.

Do not shake bottle. Dip cotton swab into pink sediment at the bottom of the bottle, then place directly on breakouts. Use overnight and rinse in the morning. Can be gradually increased to twice daily if needed
