This skin-renewing peel exfoliates overnight to help visibly smooth skin, revealing a healthy, youthful appearance. Alpha Hydroxy Acids at a 5% level help to safely and effectively remove dead surface skin cells, reduce pigmentation and diminish the look of age spots, enhancing the complexion with each use.

Glow from the inside out

Beauty starts within. If you are stressed, not getting enough or too much sun, not eating well, or drinking enough water, the results can undoubtedly show in your skin. Be sure to spend at least 15 minutes a day in the sun to get an adequate amount of vitamin D. Incorporate more water for naturally hydrated, healthy-looking, glowing skin and less sugary drinks or dehydrating alcohol into your diet. Eating more raw fruits and vegetables and less meat and processed foods can also help give your skin a natural glow. Another great way to achieve healthy-looking glowing skin is to get the recommended 8 hours of sleep.

Sweat out the toxins

One way to naturally get glowing skin is to sweat. Sweating helps the body to release toxins that often cause breakouts or skin issues. When you sweat, your body naturally releases those toxins, helping to prevent breakouts and allowing skin to appear healthier and more vibrant. A great way to get healthy skin through sweating is exercise. To achieve healthier, glowing skin through sweating, dedicate at least 15 minutes a day to your favorite workout routine that will make you sweat. Dancing, running, and Zumba workouts are all great ways to sweat for healthier, beautiful skin!
